Director, Engineering, Asset Management & AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)	COO	Responsible for the oversight of the Line & Metering Functions as well as System Operations, Power System Technical and Transmission Development at the Strategic Business level.
Director, Strategy and Business	President	Responsible for larger strategy level projects; Business development with Transmission Service customers; Transmission Interconnections; Communications of Transmission planning process (ie. Chapter 330 report) with stakeholders (ie. PAG members).
Manager Regulatory Specialist & Market Based Solutions	VP, Legal & Regulatory	Responsible for larger strategy level projects; Business development with Transmission Service customers; Transmission Interconnections; Communications of Transmission planning process (ie. Chapter 330 report) with stakeholders (ie. PAG members).
Manager Asset Management & System Performance	Director, Engineering, Asset Management & AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)	Responsible for the day-to-day transmission Business Unit of the company which includes: Transmission Services including ISO NE and  Transmission Planning including functional oversight of Transmission Reliability Standards compliance implementation.  Also responsible for the Transmission Inspection program.
Manager, System OPS, PST, Engineering	Director, Engineering, Asset Management & AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)	Responsible for the day-to-day transmission Business Unit of the company which includes: The Transmission Control Operating Center (system operations), Transmission Services including ISO NE and Nepool committee participation. This position leads the team that is accountable for the efficient operation, construction, maintenance, and service restoration of the entire transmission and distribution system at Versant Power in order to provide excellent service to customers.
Director, T&D Line Operations	VP, Customer Operations	Responsible for overseeing and directing all operational aspects of the Company’s overhead line construction and maintenance programs, and division meter operations. This position provides the leadership and direction needed for the effective planning, organization and resource management of the Company’s transmission and distribution function.
Project Manager of Transmission Development	Director, Engineering, Asset Management & AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)	Provides management and leadership for the development and construction of transmission projects.
Senior Transmission Planning Engineer	Manager Asset Mgt & Planning	Performs engineering duties involving design of the Company’s transmission system
Senior T&D Planning Engineer	Manager Asset Mgt & Planning	Provides input for transmission planning of capital projects on a limited basis.
Elecrical Engineer III	Manager, Sys Ops, PST, Engineering	Duties include, design, specifications, and technical supervision on construction of complete substations and general VP facilities.  Assistance, as required, on large customer interconnects, power quality, information and issues.
Superintendent, Line & Meter Operations	Director, T&D Line Operations	Responsible, in a line capacity, for the planning and supervising of all line construction and maintenance activities within the Division.
Supervisor, T&D Construction Line Ops	Superintendent, Line & Meter Operations	Responsible, in a line capacity,  for the planning and supervising of all line construction and maintenance activities within the Division.
Supervisor, Line and Meter Operations, Fort Kent	Superintendent, Line & Meter Operations	Responsible, in a line capacity, for the planning and supervising of all line construction and maintenance activities within the Division.
Sr Project Manager Transmission and Distribution	Project Manager Transmission Development	Provides project management for the development and construction of transmission and distribution projects, both line and substation.

Property Manager Transmission Development	Project Manager of Transmission Development	Provides leadership to and oversight of the Company’s transmission and distribution (T&D) land-related property.  This includes management of T&D associated/surplus lands and buildings, land and easement acquisition, maintenance of on-going permits and licenses, maintenance of easement documentation, and property disposition.
Superintendent, System Operations	Manager, Sys Ops, PST, Engineering	Maintains direct oversight of the T&D Control Center for Versant Power. Facilitates the daily operation of the T&D Power System while maintaining the integrity of the Transmission and Distribution system in a safe, reliable, and economic manner.
Supervisor, System Operations	Superintendent, System Operations	Maintains direct oversight of the T&D Control Center for Versant Power. Facilitates the daily operation of the T&D Power System while maintaining the integrity of the Transmission and Distribution system in a safe, reliable, and economic manner.
System Operators	Supervisor, System Operations	Develops and maintains responsibility for all functions in the System Operations Office.  This position maintains the capability to operate the Versant Power T&D Power System as a System Operator.
Superintendent, Power Systems Technical Dept	Manager, System OPS, PST, Engineering	Responsible for overseeing and directing all operational aspects of the Company’s electrical and meter tech operations. This position provides the leadership and direction needed for the effective planning, organization and resource management of the Company's electrical sub-station including MEPCO sub-station.
Supervisor, Power System Technical	Superintendent, Power Systems Technical Dept	Responsible for overseeing and directing all operational aspects of the Company’s electrical and meter tech operations. This position provides the leadership and direction needed for the effective planning, organization and resource management of the Company's electrical sub-station including MEPCO sub-station.
Supervisor, Scheduling and Customer Coordination	Superintendent, Line & Meter Operations	Responsible for providing supervision over Central Dispatch, Customer Coordination and T&D Scheduling.  These groups assist with the planning of new customer services, scheduling line crews for all types of work, and dispatching of line crews for service work and outages.
Supervisor, Planning	Superintendent, Line & Meter Operations	Provides oversight to T&D Construction Planners.  This group plans both transmission and distribution new construction and rebuilds.  Also assists with supervision of Line Crews.
Supervisor, Vegetation Management	Project Manager of Transmission Development	Provides leadership and ovesight of the company vegetation program.  This includes transmission right-of-way maintenance, line trim activities, danger tree removals, Record-keeping, contract adminsitration, cost management, data retention.
Manager of Sales and Revenue	VP, Finance & Treasurer	Provides general guidance for the business unit including the design and administration of the Company's retail and wholesale rates including the Open Access Tariff.
Rates & Regulatory Analysts	Manager of Sales and Revenue	Coordinate cost of service studies and rate design. Develop energy and demand forecasts. Post Open Access Tariff to OASIS.  Coordinate invoicing and payment of power supply transactions.  Prepare monthly operating costs estimates.
